At Youmanage we consider it all important to cultivate and maintain relationships with all of our clients, who over time we have got to know very well!
In the last couple of months, we have been looking for new ways to keep our clients updated on the goings-on at the office and within development, so that they are aware of exciting changes that are upcoming within the Youmanage application. It also gives us the opportunity to get to know our clients better. We are all very approachable people, and we want our clients to know that, so if they have any problems they aren’t afraid to contact us for help and guidance!
One of those new communication channels will be released within version 4, allowing clients to search our new knowledge base and log support queries ‘in-app’. The most recent and additional communication channel has been our client newsletter, which we’ve titled ‘YouNews’. It includes information on our latest projects within development, some information about us, updated information on employment law and other HR-related topics. The newsletter will be sent to our clients each month with the intention and focus of enhancing their knowledge of Youmanage, informing them of our new development methodology and of the overall progress being made on creating new and exciting functionality within the Youmanage HR platform.
Lastly, we have always encouraged our clients to contact us to provide feedback and continue to encourage a level of proactivity in suggesting product enhancements for future consideration, which sees us quickly deliver in excess of 80% of the enhancement requests we receive. This helps us to cultivate the relationships which we value above all else.
