From design to development, from marketing to sales, and from project implementation to support, meet the team who make all things possible

Rebecca Blair

Rebecca joined Youmanage in 2018 as a member of the Client Services Team where she completed her Digital Applications apprenticeship within 6 months. Rebecca onboards new clients and provides extensive training sessions to help them get the most from Youmanage.

Rebecca recently completed a Digital Marketing qualification allowing her to help with marketing activities such as writing blog content, updating social media, and updating the website.

When not at work, she enjoys good food, catching up on the latest reality TV episodes and socialising with her friends with a gin!

Maddie Cramb

Maddie joined the Client Services Support team in June 2020 as an apprentice. As part of the support team, she is responsible for delivering training sessions to clients among other duties and ensuring that they are receiving the best possible care.

As she joined Youmanage ‘working from home’, she has still not met all her fellow teammates, but we are hoping that will change soon enough!

Most weekends you will find her in a pub or a club (if they ever open again!!) socialising with friends and she also enjoys travelling to new and exciting places. Maddie also loves going to festivals and raves that include techno music.

Maurice Davidson

Maurice is the founding member of the core engineering team at Youmanage and leads a team of highly dedicated engineers to create and deliver one of the fastest growing online HR systems in the UK.

Maurice is responsible for ensuring that the design, stability, and scalability of Youmanage is continually developed to create a product that clients love to use.

Outside of Youmanage you will find him, tools in hand, as he attempts to renovate his new house. However, when not neck-deep in DIY, Maurice enjoys spending time with family, getting his geek on and a cold beer on a warm day.

Lynsey Frame

Lynsey joined Youmanage in July 2020 as a passionate and creative marketer with over 9 years marketing experience in the business to business sector.

Within Youmanage Lynsey looks after our marketing activities across the board from campaign planning, communicating with existing clients, managing our online presence, and working with external agencies to aid lead generation.

Lynsey is a very active person; she always has something going on. At the weekends she enjoys winding down in two very different ways, during the day you’ll find her at her local gym taking part in a variety of CrossFit workouts however by night she will more than likely have a gin and tonic in her hand.

Jason Graham

Jason is a creative and talented web developer, who joined the Youmanage team in 2013 as part of his graduate placement program at Stirling University.

Jason specialises in user experience and spends much of his time concocting innovative ways to turn complex problems into simple, elegant and intuitive designs, whether that be in the form of product enhancements or client support.

When he isn't coding, drinking coffee or pushing pixels, you'll likely find Jason on the golf course, or in the company of his beloved French bulldog, Peanut.

Nickie Lewis

Nickie has been the Finance Director for Youmanage since 2010 and is responsible for overseeing the Company's financial strategy and operations. She has 30 years in various financial and analysis roles, the last 17 of these within the HR technology sector.

Out of work Nickie has many passions, with a love of gardening and growing her own produce. Indeed, spending as much time outdoors as is feasible, especially with her much adored four-legged friend Horace, an amiable - if typically foolish -blue Great Dane. A big fan of live music, and open air events being especially hard to resist. Ever the foodie, it’s never far from her mind, either eating out with family and friends, in the latest kitchen invention test, or with her nose in a cookbook or magazine.

Gillian Martin

Gillian is a recognised expert in the delivery of client services, operational processes, and project management, and is responsible for the design and execution of Youmanage’s competitive consultancy and support services.

With her vast experience and knowledge, gained throughout her 20+ years working in various product development and professional services roles, Gillian also takes a lead role in aligning client requirements with our product strategy, usability enhancements, and the creation and delivery of our overall development roadmap.

After sitting at a desk all week, Gillian prefers to spend her weekends outdoors, pottering in the garden or going for long walks then coming back to good food and a glass (or two) of wine!

Paul Oldfield

Paul is a highly experienced member of the Development Team, a world-class Agile Guru, and one-time member of the Agile Alliance. He took up computing after graduating in Botany and after many years trying to make large organisations agile, he now enjoys being buried in code working within a smaller company and one that is located within an hour's commute of great countryside!

Paul has many varied interests in all branches of science, the natural world, the mountains and glens and a passion for music and malt whisky; he always has his nose in a book, or on a website, whilst enjoying a drink or taking in the great outdoors.

He spends a great deal of his free time managing the largest Agile Development group on LinkedIn.

Nick Pye

Nick has more than 25 years of leadership experience, where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning marketing, business development and HR product strategy and has been CEO of Youmanage since 2010.

Nick led the acquisition of the Youmanage business in 2010, leading to its official re-launch in 2013 following significant product redevelopment, and has steered Youmanage in its rise from start-up to an industry leading cloud HR software provider.

Outside of work, Nick has a keen interest in DIY and walking and has an enviable appetite for the appreciation of real ale. He also spends time brushing up and retaining his skills practicing his musical instruments, those being trumpet and bagpipes.
