Sales Partners

Youmanage is keen to build partnerships with companies that have the capability to identify sales opportunities for the Youmanage online HR toolkit or to sell the service into their client base. We support two partnership types - Reseller Partners and Referral Partners.

Referral Partners

A Referral Partnership is appropriate for individuals or companies that are in a position to identify opportunities for the Youmanage service to solve clients' problems, but who do not want to do the actual selling. Existing referral partners include:

• HR Consultants
• Training & Development companies
• Employment Lawyers
• Business Consultants/ Coaches

We'll offer you a generous commission, including the ability to build an annuity income.

Working alongside Youmanage will also give you the opportunity to generate additional consulting work and establish a stronger, ongoing relationship with your clients.

If you join the Referral Partner Programme we'll provide you with training on how to identify opportunities for Youmanage and generate more business for yourselves. We'll provide collateral you can use to introduce the Youmanage service to your clients and once you've provided the introduction we'll take accountability for the sales process.

Reseller Partners

A Reseller Partnership is appropriate for those companies that have the capability and the desire to sell the Youmanage service into clients, taking responsibility for the end-to-end sales process.  You'll probably have experience of selling HR or management related products and services into clients and will see the Youmanage online HR toolkit as a useful addition to your portfolio.

We'll provide you with full training and support and equip you with the tools to set up and manage your own clients. Based on certain minimum revenue commitments we'll also create for you your own-branded version of the Youmanage service. You'll also be attracted by the generous margins on offer.
